No the results for IPU CET 2020 is not yet released. The IPU CET 2020 examination was conducted in online mode from September 9 to 14. The counselling of IP University will be conducted in both offline and online mode depending upon the programmes but the dates are not

The max. cutoff rank for first round of IPUCET MSc forensic science for general all India category is 25. However I suggest you wait till second/third round since your rank is quite good.

It is difficult to predict your chances as you have not mentioned your category and whether you from Delhi or outside Delhi. Also IPU doesn't show marks it gives importance to your rank. Predicting your rank is difficult as the ranking criteria changes every year based on difficulty level
