I am not sure if good universities and colleges offer part time industrial design courses. The well known ones like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi offer the master's course and admissions are through CEED. A lot of private institutes are there but I wouldn't recommend simply because there is not much

I havent heard of BFA in industrial design actually since the B.Des programmes usually cover it and not the BFA programmes in India. As for BHU, it offers a 4 year BFA but definitely not in Industrial Design. It is offered in

Applied Arts
Pottery & Ceramics
Textile Design
You will have to apply for CEED exam. It is already conducted in Jan.
