The placement record of Ramaiah Institute of technology is pretty good. Last year the highest package offered was around INR 19 LPA and the average package offered was around INR 4 LPA. Top companies which came for campus placements last year were: JSW, Amazon, Cognizant, BHEL, Toyota, Ace, etc.

well ramaiha institute of technology is overall a good college .the answer whether industrial engineering is a good branch then yes it is a good branch and better if you are interested in it .but the placement is not that much good in the college .we can say

Hello bmkdskrosi640 , The cutoff for tnea 2020 is not mention by the college but if we take average of some previous year rank than it is about 6000 to 7000 in production engineering and for industrial biotechnology is about same as production engineering 6000-7000 but for accurate information please
Hello bmkdskrosi640 , Both the streams are equally good and it depends upon your interests and passion what you want to pursue. As far as placement is concerned, Production Engineering is great option in present while Industrial Biotechnology has brighter future.
