Hello,
Yes, Production engineering can be a good branch if you have your own interest. However I am mentioning the average salary and the highest salary paid to a Production engineer -
The lowest salary paid to a Production engineer is 219k and the highest salary paid to a Production engineer is 1,066k per annual.
(The actual salary may differ, this is the approximate salary)
Hope you will find this answer useful,
All the best!
First of all, never ever choose any branch like this. If your interest is in CSE, go for it as after graduation college will not matter a cent. What will matter is your subject knowledge and how much you can put on the table. There are many instances of students getting fancy packages from colleges whose name you have never heard and there are even instances of people failing from the prestigious IITs. Moreover, if there is no interest of yours in CSE and were just wanting it because it is the thing every one is talking about. Please reconsider your choices. No branch is good or bad. Try exploring things. Maybe you are meant for Industrial Production, maybe not. Who knows! Go through the curriculum and try to read some material of it from the internet. If it feels interesting, go ahead. Otherwise drop it.
Hey Richa
Which is better amongst industrial microbiology or medical microbiology is entirely dependent on your interest. According to me industrial microbiology is better because it will provide you a job sooner. Industries like cosmetics and pharmaceuticals look for people with industrial microbiology degree. Moreover in the coming times almost evverything will be impacted hugely by microbiology. If you are really interested to contribute to some work/research that has immediate industrial/domestic application then this is the branch you should choose.
Hello Richa chahar , According to me BSC in medical microbiology has more scope in india in government jobs like as a graduate you can apply for various government jobs that required government jobs and being a medical microbiology under graduate you can definitely persu your job in government sector in the field of hospital and microbiology labs you can also persu post graduate in it.
