For the general courses there is no entrance examination in DU. The eligibility you need to have is the minimum of 45% marks in your class 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized institution with science stream. It is obviously a graduation level course whose fees are is INR 3.000 to 2 lakhs.

You will be lucky to score such good score in board exams as entrance exam VITEEE are cancelled this year and admission to engineering courses will be based on xii board score. This is first time that Engineering admissions are given on the basis of xii score so it's difficult to estimate that how they will consider marks whether PCM score or maths marks will be the basis of Merit. Hence can't be said whether you will get biomedical engineering .

based on three of the colleges you have mentioned  I suggest you to choose Avantika University, Ujjain. the college has excellent placement record as well as industry oriented curriculum, experienced faculty, state of art infrastructure, students also get the opportunity to learn from industrial visit. however to get a high paying job you must give your best performances and study hard.
