Hi Aspirant!
To join the engineering in the field of Computer science or Information Technology, it is necessary to have mathematics as subject in 10+2 class. Even the candidates who have taken Phyiscs, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) as mandatory subjects but have take mathematics as additional subjects can join the CSE/IT in some of the engineering colleges. But without mathematics it is not possible to pursue engineering.
Thankyou!

It seems that you want to ask about Information Technology branch because through JEE-Main you get Information Technology not Information Science branch.
So, there is no any minimum percentile required to be eligible for admission in NITs/IIITs for any category or any branch because the seat allotment process is based on the rank of candidate but if you are General candidate and wants to get IT branch into any good institution then you should at least try for 98+ percentile in JEE-Main 2021 for top NITs/IIITs and for average NITs 96+ percentile will also be the decent score.
However based on previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

You have secured an extremely high rank in KCET and with such a high rank, it is going to be extremely difficult for you to get admission in a good engineering colleges including the government institutes of the state. It is so because such colleges have a very limited number of seats and provide admission to students with a much better rank than yours. The number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants.
Although you have a 3AG Category, still you are going to need a very good quota rank to back up your contention for a seat in a good college. Furthermore the number of reservation seats available are also very less and hence it is going to be even more intense.
