see most of the private and state government college wants 50% marks in 10+2, however every day competition is going really high. if you want to study in iits, nits, gftis, you need to have 75% marks in 10+2 course. so try to make marks in 12th course above
if you want to come in engineering field after passing 10+2 course you need to take science stream first of all. now many school has biology/bio technology/statistics/computer science option to take in 10+2 course. apart from physics, chemistry , mathematics choose computer science as a subject in 10+2 course

1) GATE Examination
2) Admission in private college
But by considering your CGPA , you are not eligible to give gate exam because their minimum eligibility criteria is 6.5 CGPA .
