Bur every year cutoff changes as the level of the paper and many other factors change,so there is no certainty for this.

your rank is not good enough to get a seat in jadavpur university. you can get civil engineering, it in kalyani government engineering college. you can get cse in the mop up rounnd in jalpaiguri government engineering college. you can get ece, ee, mechanical in the 3rd rounds in jgec.

Assuming it to be JEE MAIns, You can get HBTU kanpur. 

And manny colleges under IPU ( which is taking through JEEmains thsi year ).

But without knwoing that in which entrance exam you got

The electronic computer engineering you can settle both in software and hardware side whereas ece also can be preferred as same but ECE can be preferred as automation , hardware , plant base etc...
