Is the gate paper for computer science engineering and information technology engineering is same.. ??

As your query is you want to know that whether the paper of GATE exam is same for computer science engineering and Information Technology Engineering. I would like to tell you that there is very quiet possibility that the paper turns out to be same because talking about both computer science engineering and Information Technology Engineering both of the courses have few subjects  in common but yes there is over a varied difference between both of them so due to that the paper may vary the questions may vary and they do vary based on your branch so you have to prepare you have to not look whether if you are from CS then even the paper of IT will be same no, somehow it won't so you have to prepare for yourself based on your branch and your courses only.

Yes, the GATE paper for CSE and IT is same. The syllabus for both the branches is same.

Most consistently they are same, because in both the courses leaving two-three subjects hardly,all the other subjects trainings are same.So if you able to make out the best choice in picking the common subjects ready first ,then you are at safe side.
