Both are almost good options. IT and CSE branch has not much difference in placement records. In my opinion Heritage would be good option for you however you can check both college's reviews on this app and compare according to that. Also check their websites for detailed information.

And we can't say anything about IT at MMMUT because it will be its first batch this year.
