Yes, You can do IT after 10, but you can take admission in Diploma in IT.

How can you do IT with out taking IT subject. To study IT you need to take the IT subject only and take some IT course also to do IT.
Overall without IT subject you can't do IT.

CSE is a core branch. On the other hand, IT is a part of CSE. For example, if CSE is considered as tree, IT is one of its branch.

in order to take admission for engineering courses first of all the minimum eligibility is 50% marks in plus two where physics, chemistry and maths should be learned. after that there are extrance examination as well. students can opt out if they want if they have lots of cash
