see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix. you did not mention how many year of gap you have, but if you have more than 2 years gap in academic , starting from 10th to upto graduation it would have problem during the placement time. also since you have below of 70% in 12th you are not eligible to appear in some of the companies recruitment process. however for this year wbjee or jee main score you have less chances in any tier 1 institute. so prepare hard and think before taking any more gap. times changes rapidly and you never know what is waiting in future. if possible also try to apply for other state colleges or other entrance test.

Hello Astik Goari , the distance between IEM kolkata (Gurukul campus,) and IEM KOLKATA (ASHRAM) CAMPUS is something about 1 km but if we talk about the accurate then it is 750m for walk and it is shortest path.
