First of all, Congrats on such a good rank. The cutoff for IEM in TFW for CSE is around  1540 via WBJEE in the third round hence I think you may not  get a seat in CSE in IEM even if you wait till the third round. The cutoff of different courses in IEM are

EE 4800

IT 3755

ECE 3527

As per last year there are three rounds of counselling in this college. In the first round, the opening and closing rank for this 4 years is,

Computer Science Engineering : Opening Rank - 5066 and Closing Rank - 12784

So you will get the chance in the first round counselling.

The 1st year fees is 1,30,200 INR and the Uniform and Brochure Charges( one time fees) is 6,100 INR.
