No , as far as KJ Somaiya is concerned, there is no sectional cutoff. However, KJ has a overall cutoff percentile required to sit for the admission process.

IMT Ghaziabad and ImT Hyderabad are best because of its infrastructure and placements and rankings. College is known for its grooming facilities and faculty with great learning pedagogy. 

IMT Nagpur and IMT dubai not much recommended because of placements.

The three colleges you mentioned are all good colleges. Good packages are offered by these colleges. However, IMT Ghaziabad can be considered the best among the three colleges.
