In general the forms open only once. However some colleges like IMT Ghaziabad open the slot after CAT for a period of 2-3 days. SP Jain and JBIMS do not reopen the forms as per my knowledge. So it is best to apply for them in the first go itself because these are anyway among the top 20 B schools in India and most students aim at joining these colleges.
Please apply to them. Even if you may later decide not to join, you atleast do not loose out on an opportunity.

True you have lost opportunities but to my knowledge these colleges do not open applications again. JBIMS may open through MAHCET. IMT G opens every year though.
