On such marks and category you have no chance to get any of the medical/dental college because on such marks you are not qualified for NEET 2020. So I would recommend you to take a drop and prepare for NEET 2021 and to help you in your preparation

if you are selected in all those colleges then you have to choose it wisely.

Choose JIPMER if you are from south india.

Your native place plays a major role. All of these are really good colleges with ranking in order- JIPMER > BHU > AIIMS BHOPAL

I believe at an EWS Rank of 294, you have fair chances in securing either if the two institutes.

I'm really sorry to say this, but this time you have a very less chance of getting government college, but as you know, their are very limited seats in karnatka for bams.. For government College ,Candidate need minimum required marks for round is about 500 in NEET UG
