According to me,the expected cut off for 2018 will be around 34(for general),28(for OBC) and 22(for SC/ST).

First of all depending upon the question types and question qualities every year cutoff score varies. But as you say that your score will be more than 70 and you belongs to SC category so I think you can get selected for PSU.
