Yes .. you can get a call from psu . But getting call from psu is not the you will get the job . You have to give interview also . And the interview is the hardest part in selection ... Best of luck bro

Yes. Ofcourse you are eligible to most of PSUs. But you have to go though tough competition still.You can only know about your chances to PSU by analysing previous year cutoff.

I am sorry, since your marks a bit less as compared to your branch topper since there is a lot competition in this branch there are very less chance but you may get a decent iit or nit.
