Since this year's cutoff for MBBS in Integral University, Lucknow has not been announced yet, according to previous year trends and predictions to get admission, you must have atleast 50th percentile (UNRESERVED), and also must have more than 119 marks. You may be able to get admission.

Both colleges have pros and cons but for now you should go for Lucknow national pg college.
