Hey, as per my knowledge there is a requirement of Bachelor's Degree in Design (B.des) from a recognized institute with a minimum of 50% marks .
If you want to pursue Masters in Design you must look out for a Bachelor's Degree first.

Sanjana, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in Interior design or Interior Architecture or Design or Architecture or Town Planning. Candidates who have completed 4 years Diploma are also eligible for Masters in Interior design. Some colleges like APIED consider 6 months Office Trained Candidates also as eligible. You haven't mentioned which course you have studied. But if it is one amongst these 3, you can pursue your Masters in Interior Design. But if you have discontinued after 1 year, then you are not eligible for Master;s in Interior Design course.

You can apply for NID DAT which is the National level Entrance Exam for Furniture & Interior Design. As per the eligibility Students, who have passed or will appear for class 12 examination in any stream from any recognized board, such as CBSE, IB, ICSE can apply for NID DAT 2020.
Age limit- Aspirants up to 20 years of age on or before June 30, 2020, are eligible to apply However, there is a relaxation of three years for those belonging to the reserved categories.

Both the fields are obviously good and better with own pros and cons and own scopes and career options. Yes, you can. It's a PG course and you obviously need to complete your graduation to get eligible for pursuing MASTERS in interior designing. Basically the course is around of 2 years. The eligibility criteria required for pursuing the course is obviously you need to have a bachelor's degree ie completed your graduation from a recognized board Or Candidates who have completed 12th Class in 10+2 pattern and 3 year Diploma in Applied Arts and Crafts, Apparel Technology, Textile Technology, Garment Technology or in Fashion Technology are also eligible.
