You may or may not get NIT,IIIT but you can get Government funded Technical Institute for admission with that much mark. If you have any reservation category then that will make you eligible for top demanded branches like CSE,ECE.

Yes you can get admission in IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Bangalore using the scores of JEE Main only.
But neither of these institute offers admission through JoSAA. Both of the Institutes have their separate admission process (which uses JEE Main Scores).

The last year cut-off marks for IIIT Bangalore were 196 for CSE and 186 for ECE. These cut-offs are for the B.Tech+M.Tech dual degrees.

IIIT-Hyderabad conducts its own entrance examinations for UG admissions called the Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination (UGEE). The application form for UGEE 2020 is expected to release in the second week of February, 2020 and the exam is expected to be held in the last week of April, 2020.
