Hello Sarath,
IIIT Banglore provides integrated BTech + M.Tech Course in CSE and ECE Branch. The cutoff will depend upon the number of seats vacant at that time and the number of students preference.
But as per last year case the cutoff for CSE was 8718 and for ECE 10972. This year the cutoff will be around these ranks.
