The JEE Mains scores for admissions into the top branches at IIIT Bangalore are :
185 for CSE
168 for ECE

IIIT Bangalore has a very high cutoff. Your rank of 88000 won't be enough to get admission there. the cutof scores are above 190. So, your chances are very less to NO.
