There is no shortage of faculty and all professors here are Phds from IIT.

With your mentioned rank it is almost impossible to get a seat in NIT or IIIT in Jossa counselling. It will be possible to get a seat if Csab special round is conducted because the cutoff rank falls drastically and seats in lower NITs are secured with rank
