Hello Kaushik!
With your mentioned rank it is almost impossible to get a seat in NIT or IIIT in Jossa counselling. It will be possible to get a seat if Csab special round is conducted because the cutoff rank falls drastically and seats in lower NITs are secured with rank in lakhs. Also I'll suggest you to consider GFTIs too.
