Hello. It is a bit difficult to get into any IIT with such rank as it is very average to get into big institutes like IITs. Anyways you can try your luck if you can get in any branch of any IIT. Good luck.

Your 12 th score is very low . If you are from cbse board then you are not eligible for that exam due to less than 75% .

It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category

if you belong to unreserved categories than chances are very low.

but if you belong to any reserved categories than there are good chances of getting in admission in IIITs.

AS per this year methodology, 96.5 percentile would fetch you a general rank of around 31k, so below Iam attaching a link in which there are previous years cut off all IIITs, do check and get know which college you will get. I think you can get IIIT Kota, Pune,
