Hello,
Admission in IIITs are done by JEE Mains ranks and JEE Mains marks. The boards eligibility criteria is to have a minimum aggregate of 75 percentage in CBSE Class 12th boards or to be in top 20 percentile of the respective boards. Further, the admission in IIITs is done through cutoffs released by various IIITs.
