I'm sorry to say but at ranks like 5,11,896 getting any government college let alone IIIT seems far fetched and out of sight.
You might like to try for VIT, SRM etc. you might get a seat there.

IIT-Bhopal: First of all it is very important to notice that it's an institute of National importance. So at least it is far better than any state private or government college. As there are only two batches now it's quite tough to make a college environment like clubs/societies,
