For IIITs you have to clear jee mains cut off and for general category jee mains cut off was 89 percentile. IIITs are alloted through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling for which you need to qualify jee advance exam. It is difficult to get IIITs with 85 percentile.

Based on your 12th board result that is 57.8% you are not eligible for getting a seat in NITs IIITs and GFTIs. The basic eligibility for these colleges is that a candidate must have secured minimum of 75 percent in board exams or be in top 20 percentile

Hi. I am sorry. You wont be able to get any NIT or IIIT with your rank. However I still suggest that you register for the JoSAA counselling procedure. You should also focus on the exams for private colleges as well as any other exams you want to appear for.
