Yes you can get NIT Warangal but you won't be able to get the core branches there because the cut offs for the core branches are very high and with a rank more than 8k there are not much options available for you at NIT Warangal.
Even after being an OBC candidate, the branches that you may get at NIT Warangal are Chemical engg, Biotechnology engg, Civil engg and metallurgical engineering.
