I am very sorry to inform you that you don't seem to have any chance to get a seat in any IIIT or GFTIs with 76 percentile in JEE Mains.
You should better look for other state-level government colleges or private colleges.

Getting CSE at NITs and other government colleges would be difficult for you as cse is the top core branch of engineering hence it's cutoffs are very high. But you may get cse at top private colleges of jee main.

IIITs are the government colleges which take admission on the basis of your jee mains marks.There is common counselling body for all the government colleges like NITs,IIITs,DTU,etc.So IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Bangalore take admission on the basis of jee main marks only.
