First of all, decide what you want to study - electronics or information technology. Based upon that, opt for the college. Electronics and communication deals with the circuits, microprocessor, microcontroller, VLSI Design etc. while information technology deals with the computer architecture, system programming, operating systems, database management and computer networks.

Both campuses have their own pros and cons.The IIIT trichy is under the NIT Trichy whereas the IIIT sricity is under IIIT Hyderabad.As your question was about COMPUTER SCIENCE,IIIT Hyderabad has a better coaching culture than NIT trichy.Hence it would be a wise choice and a difficult choice
