It is very tough to get a seat in NIT/IIIT with your mentioned rank. Look for home state quota in the colleges in your home state. Rest you can get GFTI in special round counselling.

Both campuses have their own pros and cons.The IIIT trichy is under the NIT Trichy whereas the IIIT sricity is under IIIT Hyderabad.As your question was about COMPUTER SCIENCE,IIIT Hyderabad has a better coaching culture than NIT trichy.Hence it would be a wise choice and a difficult choice
