EWS category reservation has provided for the first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities as previous year cutoff is not available but with this rank the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs.

Eligibility for Admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating through Central Seat Allocation Board Admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though Central Seat Allocation Board will be based on All India Rank as explained above in section 2.10

As per your mentioned rank in JEE Mains 2019 so you have chance to get seat in IIIT's or gfti's respectively. You have chance to get IIIT Sonipat, IIIT Kota, IIIT Srirangam, etc. You can check in details cutoff for IIIT's and gfti's from below link :
