Hi,
Sorry you can't get IIIT BHUBANESWAR at this rank but you can get the lower IIIT'S like IIIT kalyani, manipur, Mizorum etc in special round. Just follow up those in the counselling time. In the special round the cutoffs even gone down to 1lacs. So, hope you get a seat.
