Well you can quit all hopes of getting any of the 31 NITs. Even for IIITs you should know there is no girls quota there. The lowest IIIT like IIIT Bhagalpur also closed at about 18,000 OBC-NCL rank in the special round so please look somewhere else because getting a seat through JOSAA seems highly unlikely.
JEE Main 2019 is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time and the rank will be based on NTA percentile so exact prediction would be difficult.
