85% is not a good score to get IIITS because it has only core branches like CSE ,IT etc.and you need to score more marks to get good percentile on my opinion you need to appear in second JEE mains attempt to get good college of your choice.

The counselling will be done from the best of two of JEE MAINS.For now it's difficult to predict anything.
And try to get a percentile around 90s then the chances of getting IIITs or NITs will be more. Although you would have get some IIIT but with some
