I'm getting 28.75 in gate 2019 EE. I'm a SC candidate. Is there any chance of getting an old IIT or NIT or IIIT for me ?

Your marks isn't enough to secure NITs ,IIITs or IITs for Mtech programs.To secure NITs or IITs your score should be at least 300 under SC quota.30 marks is equivalent to 270 score ,this is previous years trends.Marks conversion formula depends upon level of paper ,total number of applicants and so many.But your marks 28.75,this year cuttoff marks may go high as level of paper was easy in comparison to previous years which will decrease your chance of getting NITs or IITs.For sureity wait til concerned authority release score of gate exam.
