It is difficult to predict the actual rank or JEE Advanced qualifying marks as JEE Main is being conducted twice for the first time and ranks will be based on NTA percentile score but probable rank can be calculated using this formulsa-

Yes you have chance of getting into NIT. However final merit list for admission into IIT and NIT is based on JEE advanced which Will be conducted in the month of April.

If you wonna puruse CSE in the above mentioned institutes then probably first you need to choose IIIT CSE, As it gives an IIT tag. Ofcourse NIT trichy is also best. Don’t go to new IIT’s right now! New IIT’s are almost equal to an average
To get admission into NIT with that percentile is little difficult. You need atleast 96 percentile to get into NIT. You might get into IIITs. You have a good chance of getting into IIITs
