You can calculate your rank using this formula :-

Rank=(total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students))

The total number of students that appeared in JEE MAINS 2019 were 9.65 lakhs. Since you haven’t mentioned the course which you want to take, I cannot tell you whether you are eligible for nit/iit. Please mentioned your desired course so that I can tell you specifically. Hope this helps.
