Hey Vimal,
As you know, IIIT is now organized in NIT JSR. So the study of IIIT is same as NIT students means good.
But after some year IIIT will shift its own building in Ranchi.
You should choose with your interest. NIT JSR's placement is awesome but we did not seen the placement of IIITR. But branch is awesome. You can go with NIT.
