Both the colleges are good.
But in some aspect IIIT is heavier than DSCE
1st reason is than IIIT is a government college so you will not face any problem in future and you have high chances to get placed .

As far as placement is concerned, YMCA University of Science and Technology is better with highest package of Rs.16-19 LPA offered by Squadrum.
Fees structure is same for all category students. ST category students would get the scholarship means their tuition fees will be refunded. For 1st semester it is 102950 INR it includes caution money which is refundable in the end. For other semester it might get reduced by some amount. It
Unfortunately no, IIIT Hyderabad is an all exclusive college in Southern India known for its technical background. Despite being a private college its cutoffs are even higher than even the Government colleges. It gives admission purely on the basis of you JEE Mains scorecard
