You will have to apply for admission under 15% All India Quota and according to your marks, you have less chances for admission in Tamil Nadu under All India Quota.
You can try for admission to private colleges under management quota but fees is high for management quota seats.
hai nageswaro rao may be there was less chance for getting the desired iiit's you want but i can sure u may get iiit sri city(chittor)
If you have mentioned your JEE Main All India rank, then according to your rank, you have decent chances of admission to IIIT Raipur.
