You dont need to worry at all. As you are an OBC student you are eligible for NIT IIT AND IIIT admissions. The 75% bar is for the general category. Go ahead for the counselling and choose carefully your college and the strean you want to take up.

Sorry to tell you but you should have a minimum of 65% so as to be eligible.
