At this rank according to last year 7th round cutoff, you can get CSE and mechanical engineering at IIITs and northetn NITs.
You can also get other good branches.

Hey dear as per last year trends and cut offs you’re eligible to get GFTIs definitely I’m skeptical about iits since they focus more on all India rank under 30k so GFTI are good chances for you definitely
