53 marks is quite descent as per jee for reserved candidate. As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in most of the colleges of NITs and IIITs . Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope

You have not mentioned the name of the branch you want to take admission in as different branches have a different cutoff, Generally speaking with 4430 rank, you should be able to get into IIIT based on previous year cutoff. For more information
