You have not mentioned the name of the branch you want to take admission in as different branches have a different cutoff, Generally speaking with 4430 rank, you should be able to get into IIIT based on previous year cutoff. For more information

It is very difficult to get admission in any good NITs with this rank in General Catagory. However, You have few chance to get admission in IIITs or Low ranked NITs but this is not safe score.
