You have a very good chance at IIIT-Sri City, Guwahati and other IIITs, except IIIT-Hyderabad, Bangalore and Allahabad.

NIT also depending on your Home state it might differ. But I would suggest IIIT over the NIT acheiveable in you rank range for CSE.

      Sorry to say this. It is impossible to get into IIIT or NIT with your rank. Your rank is much behind the closings ranks of NITs and IIITs.

Better you can check out for other colleges which consider JEE marks.

If you got good level NIT college then you will take NIT college otherwise IIIT colleges like IIIT hydrabad is best option because apple company also visit in this college and this good for your future in CSE.

There are nil chances for you to get NIT and IIITs as the cutoff for NITs go till 13k at max and from there the cut-offs for IIITs starts ending at 20k. 

The counselling of nit .IIIT and gfti will start along with IIT counselling as it is combined counselling conducted by Josaa (Joint seat allocation authority).  So first the tesresuof Jee Advanced must be declared (on Jun 10) then the counseling will start within one or two weeks after that.
