Fundamentally, branch of Computer Science in Engineering is closer to hardware as compared to the branch of Information Technology.Both the courses and Institutes are equally brilliant and have great future ahead.. IIIT Allahabad would have an edge CSE MNIT Jaipur in terms of placement and packages.

According to your rank there is very negligible chance in any NIT or IIT is not possible, but you can surely get in good private colleges like KIIT and SRM.
