yes there is minimum percentage requirement criteria.
You have to score atleast 75% marks in class 12th board exam for general category students and for sc/st category students you need to score 65% aggregate marks.

its not possible to get admission in IIIT bhuneswar as I think its very hard to get affirmation in IIIT bbsr in light of the fact that in 2016 the last score to get confirmation in spot round is around 106 imprints (for residence outside Odisha )
