11k rank is quite descent as per jee for sc candidate. As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in most of the colleges of NITs and IIITs . Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope

At this rank, there is no chance at NIT, thirucchipalli. However you can get ECE at IIIT,surat,nagpur,jalandhar,ranchi e.t.c and CS at IIIT, bhagalpur and manipur.

At this rank there is clearly no chance of getting NIT's and llIT's according to previous year cutoffs. But still you can prepare for other entrance exams like JEE advanced,BITSAT, UPSEE e.t.c.

You can get good NIT and IIIT for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. If you have any home state quota for any NIT then chances will more. You can get NIT Durgapur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Agartala, NIT Srinagar for B.Tech. in CSE.
